WHAT TO DO.
Afternoon,so here we are. 2nd Thessalonians chapter 3 things are said that millions today never here. And they need to. Verses 11, through 15 mentions a type of disorder that can as does exist in a local church. I PERSONALLY KNOW SOME LIKE THIS.
This particular issue is about people in the church that are disorderly by living their lives in idleness, not working and earning their own living. They are also busy with other peoples affairs instead of their own. I must tell you their are other disorders going on in the local church and the scripture tells us how to handle them. We must guard against such things, and not fool ourselves. Some issues can only be fixed by removing them. Not with unholy anger, but check the situation inside and out, trying to forgive, but have the courage to do what you must to protect your congregation from such folly.
One way would be to interview with potential members, hearing their testimony etc. What i am saying is this. Screen every member going forward. This will avoid unwanted Drama and assure the peaceful exercise of worship. Which is the most important activity we are commanded. Listen up...."it's quality not quantity"
All i am saying is the hope is to spare a potential Brother or Sister and redeem them into our body of believers. If you are living in denial of a members issues,then you can not possibly redeem them.
By the way i have encountered many Local churches that do handle
these issues properly. At a more personal and up close position....i have on 2 or more occasions been prodded to intervene in some church issues. Prodded might not be the correct word, it could be highly suggested to do something... but then i get the feeling certain ones did not like the way i was so direct and did not allow any room for escape for the persons being told to vacate the church's premises, soon as possible. Wow. Say did i learn anything? Oh yes i did. I learned of the weak holes in our church leadership. I learned of jealousy in high places. Its hard to face these brothers who relish their yrs. of church leadership, yet seem to have not learned from them. Wow. I love them just the same. In other words i love them anyway. I have much more to say yet i will not at this time. You see there is no perfect church, business,or people. Only God himself.
I must keep this in mind as i move further without compromising my God given convictions. Again read 2nd Thessalonians chapter 3: verses 11 through 15. Amen.

Good morning an update of what happens when we teach, the Bible in Sunday/School or in other venues of teaching scripture. Many have said they enjoyed my teaching, yet i must say all the glory goes to Jesus. I can only take credit for trying very hard to study,keeping a fresh desire to search scripture and then fill voids in churches that need teachers. I will mention some observations i have been effected by personally.
Sunday School seems to be the one event in churches today that can be done with or without. Food fellowship, music, and then Preaching, and all these have no time limit. Now Bible study of any kind takes a back seat to all the others mentioned. Bells ring for dismissal on only the Sunday School. Wow. Have you listened to some of your members views on Bible doctrine? So many people in the wrong denomination these days. So many are not even aware of the beliefs of the church they attend. Some just think they know.
Most churches have what they call Articles of faith, yet most of their members have no clue what they are, or what they say.
Most church goers do not support any teaching whatsoever in their church. Lets sing and feel good, lets eat and joke with each other and feel good, and lets hope the Preacher can make us feel good and just in case he does not....then we can tolerate anything for an hour. Teaching breaks down the preaching, to where the rubber meets the road. It explains to us exactly what certain Scriptures mean in our lives. The preacher merely acts as the cheerleader for the Word. My mention of the preacher is in no wise speaking bad about him. I can do that later if the Lord leads that direction. Let me end this this way.....A greater desire to study and share the Word of God will lead to a much closer walk with God. I know because it works for me. Also i must add that i am not just getting this off my chest(so to speak) because these issues seem to be of epidemic proportion. So i expect to have to deal with them more as i move forward. No shortage.
Good morning. Sorry that lately i have been teaching quite a lot at church....Parts of Ephesians and Galatians in the New Testament.
Glad to take a little break here to enjoy a little blogging.
I am being taught the word of God as i share with others. I do not pretend to be a theologian, in other words an expert on religion.
I share the gospel,i share the letters of Apostles, some Old Testament...parts of it etc. I also learn the differences in flocks of people in the church house. I also learn the similarities of many of the people as far as the level of their closeness with Christ. I am not fooled very easily. I learned that first impressions are not lasting impressions, if you hang around a while. In small churches there is a definite need for proper order. In smaller churches any issue of unsound doctrine,You know ,the kind that is contrary to what the Apostles taught. You know, the kind that warrants comments like "LET THEM BE ACCURSED."
I have learned that there is no shortage of experts in the realm of teaching ,preaching,music,and some with very smooth words. WOW! I must try and turn these people in the correct direction. I believe the scripture clearly teaches that. Yet...what if it does not work? I tell you sternly, this would be when being honest ,candid, and prepared to lose these people is appropriate. If small churches are to ever flourish these issues must be dealt with. Tolerance seems to be what Satan is pushing these days, and its stunning to see Satan with such a strong hold in small flocks these days. Its very difficult to keep ones cool when speaking with these kinds of people. No common sense seems to be present. Just stay in prayer about it and The Lord will lead you in how to handle it. These kind of things are very educational and i must keep pressing on sharing the word of the Lord. Doing things in order and decent. I guess the most obvious thing is how deep seated these problems are. In the business world we would say" Better hiring means less firing" So better screening of potential church members,then later, better screening of potential leaders in the church. So for me to end this topic,let me say as The Apostle Paul would say,"I give thanks to my God for every remembrance of you. May the grace of God remain with your spirits. Until next time live your lives worthy of the gospel of Christ. AMEN.

HAPPY AND PEACEFUL 2019.
Man needs some supernatural thing beyond himself to follow.
Just look and listen to people. If...people cannot find it, then they will create one. Even atheist believe in something. Their religion is the belief of themselves,in themselves. Repent of your sin,and come to Jesus. Be as the apostle Paul says in 1st Corinthians quote "For i determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ,and Him crucified." Happy and safe and prosperous New year and please do not wait to receive Christ,you may only have one chance.

THE STORY OF TWO SONS.
In 1739 a small group of men decided to meet 3 or 4 times reading certain things that at the time were known as classics.Then on Sundays they would read a book on Divinity.( how religious).
One of the men i believed had seen the need to visit a man in Prison who had killed his wife.How many would dare care to do that?
This man felt strongly that anyone trying to reach this murderer, WOULD, do much good.wow.Oh i can just hear the remarks of most people today about that one.
But anyhow, this group of men did go twice a week.
From this visitation they were ask to go see a lady who was very sick. So it began to be something to be set aside a couple times a week to do.
Awh but yet one of the men wrote his dad to get advice.
The advice was this....(the mans dad was 70 yrs old.)
" I have the highest reason to bless God that He has given me two sons together at Oxford ,to whom He has given grace and courage to turn the war against the world and the devil, which is the best way to conquer."I have to say....the mans dad approved greatly with what his sons group was doing.
Some points to think about.
The Dad blesses God for the things these young men were doing.
How many realize we are at war with Satan and this world?

CHRISTMAS 2018.
Good afternoon from the USA. Its Christmas time again. Wow it comes so fast. Guess what? The end of our lives in the flesh comes even faster. So for that reason,we must look to the reason for the season. Christ, or Jesus if you prefer. Immanuel......God with us.
He is the way ,the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Heavenly Father unless they come to Christ first. Now that should satisfy the entire world concerning just any kind of religion.
From Mary,Jesus received His human nature, and from God's Holy Spirit He received His divine nature. Aren't you glad?
Christ birth has been mentioned so many times in the Old Testament,
and then it was fulfilled in the Gospels of the New Testament.
I just want to celebrate the birth of Christ, and be ever mindful of what He came to do. The Hebrew name ,Joshua, means Savior.
For He will save His people from their sins. Meaning to prevent them from failing and missing the true end and scope of life,which is God. This prediction in Isaiah chapter 7:vs 14 had come to pass.
