Being born again,not of corruptable seed,but of incorruptable,by the word of God,which liveth and abideth forever.For all flesh is as grass,and all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withereth,and the flower thereof falleth away:But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.(1st Peter chapter 1 verses 23 through 25.) I think this is pretty clear. Yet most people from both genders will ignore it.Its ok to have confidence,but don't be so arrogant and haughty.God knows the heart of man. And as a christian who has lived for over 6 decades i think i know it as well. For ye were as sheep going astray;but are now returned unto the Sheperd and Bishop of your souls.(1st Peter chapter 2 verse25.)Be confident in Christ,(Isaiah chapter 54 verse 17.)No weapon formed against thee shall prosper,and every tongue which rises against you in judgement you shall condemn.If your born again,then in the eyes of the Lord counts you as righteous. This is your heritage.
