Why not now? Stop, acknowledge God. You have no guarantee you will be living another heartbeat. Don't be so confident. But here's something to be confident about. In the book of Hebrews chapter 4 beginning with verse 13. I will be reading from the Amplified Bible. And not a creature exist that is concealed from his sight, but all things are open and exposed, naked and defenseless to the eyes of Him whom we have to do. Now I can stop right there and preach you a sermon. Is anyone struggling getting through to someone else about your feelings? No problem, that person thinks maybe what they actually feel is being hidden. But this verse 13 makes it very clear that their true feelings are exposed and naked and defenseless to the eyes of the Lord whom we have to do. Look at verse 14. In as much then as we have a great High Priests who has already ascended and passed through the heavens Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession of faith in him. So since we have a High Priest who is already passed through the heavens and ascended into heaven Jesus the son of God, hang on tight to your faith in him. Whoever or whatever your circumstance that you may me going through confess it to him because as verse 13 says nothing is hidden from his eyes not even a person's innermost hidden feelings. This is what I do. This is what I believe. So now look at verse 15 of chapter 5, for we do not have a High Priest who is unable to understand and sympathize and have a shared feeling with our weaknesses and infirmities and liability to the assaults of Temptation. But one who has been tempted in every respect as we are, yet without sinning. I personally understand this verse 15 cuz I'm going through a very trying experience. I must say not an experience unfamiliar with me. Yet I'm going through it with a deeper understanding a deeper belief and confidence that what I'm about to read to you in verse 16 of chapter 4, will give me real answers and real solutions that I can live with and die with if necessary. So here it is verse 16, let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace what is this throne of grace? It's the Throne of God's unmerited favor to us sinners. That we may receive Mercy for our failures and find Grace to help in good time for every need appropriate help and well-timed help coming just when we need it. Now listen up if you don't get stirred by that there's nothing to stir. I have confidence that God's answers that include his protection his steering me through the Maze of life, will be well-timed and coming just when I need it. So brothers and sisters whatever is troubling you, stressing you, make sure you're in the perfect will of God, do not pray amiss, but pray according to his will. You will be able to have the same confidence as I do. Because in the beginning of this blog, the scripture I read in verse 13 plainly emphatically says that nothing is hid from Gods site everything is open and exposed through his eyes. So who do you trust? Your eyes or his. I forgot the location of scripture you may be able to use,find it go back to it in one of my blogs where the scripture says I believe it's in Proverbs, and it makes it clear in that scripture that you have ears God created those ears do you think God does not hear? God created eyes you have eyes oh, do you think God does not see? Oh yes he does. As for me, when it seems like I've exhausted myself trying to remedy a problem, I remember oh yes my Lord is watching and He hears and He hears my prayers sees my tears Here's My Cry and I believe with all my heart He will come to my rescue.
