HAVE A NEW CHANGE OF ADDRESS.

Repentance....is defined as a heartfelt sorrow for sin,a renouncing of it, and a sincere commitment  to forsake it and walk in obedience to Christ. It is like faith,an intellectual understanding(that sin is wrong).And emotional approval of the teachings of scripture regarding sin. A sorrow for sin and a hatred of it.Does this explain how you feel? If not then if it were me,i'd be on my knees humble towards God asking for Him to show me the way to Salvation.Which begins with true repentance. A person cannot come to Christ own his own.He or she must first here the Word of God,by being preached to.Or your own interest ,enough to search the Scriptures with all your heart. The Lord says if you do that you will find Him,(Jeremiah chapter 29:verse 13) Or (Romans 6:verse 23).
Believe that Christ Christ died for you,(Romans 5:8). it is important to know and realize that mere sorrow over one's actions does not constitute true repentance.And i must add that i believe that only God's Holy Spirit can show you that. Believe me,the Lord knows our hearts. We cannot fool Him. So many today need Jesus. Yet so many will not repent. This is serious....your eternity depends on it.

COURAGE.

The Lord likes visions? Lets see,no man has seen God and that fact is made clear in many scriptures.Now in visions the Lord spoke and directed his commands to many men.(Acts chapter 9 )The wonderful story of Saul's conversion and then His great sendoff into his ministry for Christ.A scared believer Ananias in Damascus was called of God,and Ananias answered "i am here Lord" After that the Lord told him what to do,and believe me it was a scary request,he began to tell the Lord what the Lord already knew.Saul had rendered havoc on the church,causing it to scatter abroad.Saul jailing many Christians and consenting to the death of many.Now Ananias was asked to go and enquire of Saul of Tarsus.When he found Him he told him that Jesus had sent him to give him back his eye sight,and fill him with the Holy Ghost.What a glorious moment in the History of the church.This man Saul was renamed Paul and he is responsible for the writing of 13,and most believe 14 books of the New Testament.
Many souls were saved under his ministry,many preachers teachers ,deacons,evangelist were launched into the world by this mans ministry. Yet remember in the beginning he was not so readily  accepted,do to his past. I cannot help myself but to see that in our world today,so many hold our past  against us for a lifetime. Listen up....when Jesus forgives us,He forgives us.Regardless of what men may think. If we repent and believe Jesus may very well begin to use us or at least start preparing us for what he wants us to do.It will be the Holy Spirit that accomplishes it.Listen to Him and not men.When we do we can say just as the Bible says Paul did. He went straight way preaching Christ in the synagogues that He is the Son of God. Pray that God's Holy Spirit will give us courage that we desperately need to see people saved before time runs out for them.Amen.

THERE IS A RIVER.

THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT A RIVER. FROM THE BEGINNING OF MY FAITH ,EVEN UNTIL NOW IT HAS A DEEP SPIRITUAL EFFECT ON ME. THERE IS A RIVER THAT FLOWS FROM DEEP WITHIN,THERE IS A FOUNTAIN,THAT FREES MY SOUL FROM SIN,COME TO THESE WATERS,THERE IS A VAST SUPPLY,THERE IS A RIVER,THAT NEVER SHALL RUN DRY. Oh my goodness,there is much more to this song but i was reminded of it this morning as i read psalm 46:4-5. There is a river ,the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God,the Holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.You can also read psalm 48:1 as a reference. In verse 5 of psalm 46 it says....God is in the midst of her,she shall not be moved.
When you have had enough of what the world offers,life is seeming to swallow up all your joy,life is not what the world and Satan has promised you,its time to hit those knees and cry out to God for the help He has promised. Satan will attack you more and more as you try to serve God,but remember the river that flows from deep within. God is there!!! My prayer: Heavenly  Father,thank you for sending your only begotten Son to rescue me and my wretched soul from the pits of Hell,and continue to draw all mankind to you through your Holy Spirit,in Jesus name i pray AMEN.

HEARTS SET.

A short blog to remind us that people and nations have always set their heads and hearts against the one and only true God. Good examples are John 19:12; Acts 24:5; and Jeremiah 37:13-14.
When God's prophets in the Old Testament and Christian preachers under the new covenant of Jesus Christ, preach it like God leads,and the way the Holy Bible says it,they too step on many toes. There words are considered to be coming from them, instead of from God,and they instantly become a threat to their power. Believe this, when God inspired words are ignored, bad things will surely follow. In the book of Amos, this actually happened. According to historical records,all the warnings to Israel happened even if it took 50 years,and it did,it happened.What is my point?
Please do not be hard hearted with your head set against the Lord,just because you love your sin and worldly life to much to give it up. Lets pray for America that God will draw all those in our nation that are set against Christ, to Him thru His Holy Spirit. Amen. For those who are saved,and backslidden,come back to the Lord. Read what can happen to those that do not.(Amos chapter 8 verse 10).

WE....CAN.....

Amos never wanted to Speak for God. Who was Amos?  He was one of the Minor Prophets. Not least important but the one least likely to be a Prophet if left up to most people. He was a sheep herder and a pruner of trees. When he was led by the Lord to speak,he bypassed all the crowds and went directly to the ruling class of the time,and shouted out that the nation of Israel had forgotten God's law. They were following false gods and had developed religious ceremonies that had become a sham....in other words they were practicing  ceremonies presenting things that were not real,or true.Other words used are bogus or just plain false. Amos called out for fairness in dealing with righteousness (AMOS 5:24). "But let judgement run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream"How does this relate to us today? Tons of churches going away from clear Bible doctrine,and making up their own. Conducting types of worship services that are just plain disrespectful to the way our Lord should be worshiped. Drawing huge crowds to listen to carnal songs with props,and then preaching some sort of message wrapped around the words and beat of the music. All designed to draw huge crowds and raise huge amounts of money. I am sure the Lord is not pleased with unrepentant,lets all feel good worship. No message of repentance, being accountable for our actions etc.I know its not popular,but hey....God never promised us it would be.Jesus is love,but he is also the one who will judge the world for it's sin. This is why we must talk to Him(Pray) and let him talk to us (read the Holy Bible). Do all this and never cease. The Lord God of Armies should be reverence in a way that shows we are preparing to meet Him.Look at just how stubborn  people can be while protecting the sin in their hearts and lives.....read the 11th verse of the 4th chapter of Amos. "I DESTROYED SOME OF YOU AS I DESTROYED SODOM AND GOMORRAH. YOU WERE LIKE A BURNING LOG SNATCHED FROM A FIRE.  AND STILL YOU DIDN'T RETURN TO ME,DECLARES THE LORD. The point of all this is the God i serve controls all the elements of the universe i live in. I owe Him the respect he deserves when He calls me from my shameful self-in.dul.gent life i came from. I had Faith in Christ,but was not aware He had anything for me to do. I had to repent then seek his will for my life,then just obey Him. This is what Little nobody (so we thought) Amos did.  God called Him and he did as he was told.You can to.

YOU MAY HAVE REASON.

In the 19th chapter of 2nd Samuel,we find a man with a heart like Jesus, Almost,His name was King David.People had cursed him,lied to him so that he was not sure about them.He had conflicts with some people and He resolved them by forgiving them.Did he have reason to be angry and vengeful,but instead he treated these people as if they deserved to sit at the best seats at the table etc. He showed tons of mercy to those that cursed him,threatened him,and in some cases deserved to be put to death. The longer i live,and the more i mingle with people,even my fellow Christian brothers and sisters, i seem to find myself as the target for people that say crude things,hurt my feelings a little bit,especially when i do not feel well. But i must let the Holy Spirit show me how Christ sees them.And He does and it gives me peace that can only come from Him. Its called working through conflicts under the direction of the Holy Spirit.Lord help me show mercy when i am working through my conflicts,and then for those that stand with me help me show them gratitude.

DO IT REGARDLESS OF THE RESULTS.

EZEKIEL WAS CHARGED WITH DELIVERING A MESSAGE THAT WAS UNPOPULAR AND DOWN RIGHT HATED BY THE JEWISH PEOPLE. The lord wanted Ezekiel to not be afraid and deliver the bad news even though he knew the people would reject it. The Lord told him the outcome. The bible says that the Spirit entered Ezekiel and stood him up to speak to him. Wow. in today's world and under the new covenant the Holy spirit dwells within us. He reminds us of what the Father has told the son and what the son tells us. God's order was to eat the words of God,get them in the belly,and then go preach his word.Today we must eat the word of God. And then we can go.(EZEKIEL CHAPTER 2 AND CHAPTER 3.) This is still the message today. Take it serious and go.Study and study seriously and place the gospel of Christ,and the full council of God in your inner most parts of your soul. I know i want the lord to revive me,and fire me up so i can obey His word. so long for now. My church is having revival services tonight and tomorrow night and i don't want to miss a single word. praying for revival. My prayer: Heavenly Father draw all men to you. those that are lost,and those that are saved but indifferent. Amen.
