- Does anyone consider just for a moment, where Jesus Christ came from when he decided it was time to give his life and blood for me. It makes me well up in tears, breaks my heart but at the same time makes me so glad. He is no longer hanging on the cross and he did not remain in the grave, he arose as a mighty Victor over his foes. Those fools include Satan himself. There are many incidences in Scripture pertaining to what the glory of God and his throne looks like. For 1 you can look at Ezekiel beginning in chapter 1 where the Lord opens the sky and let Ezekiel see him. There were wing creatures moving wherever their Spirits wanted to go. They looked like burning coals and fire shot between them. Now we know that Ezekial preached at a time when people needed a fresh vision of God. The Jewish people had just endured captivity in Babylon they had to be stirred up to get out of their resignation and reassured that they would return to their Homeland and again see God's glory. Right from the start of this exciting book Ezekiel opens with a penetrating look into heaven he saw a cloud flooded with lights resembling hot metal. Then he sees four fantastic flying creatures accompanied buy whirling Wheels within Wheels. Then up high is a dome of Bright Crystal, and above all is a throne where the Lord blazes like fire. Now I'm going to leave my study of Ezekiel right there. And considering the fact that today is basically all day church for me I will shorten it a bit, by saying that the Lord came down in the Flesh ,became a man allowed Satan to tempt him and let man murder him. All because without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. My blood would not satisfy neither would anyone else is neither would any sacrificial animal. But only the blood of the son of God who knew no sin. He gave up that blazing throne to come down here and be treated the way he was and he did it all for me. He did it all for you as well. So think on those things and study the Book of Ezekiel and other scriptures in the Bible talking about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I pray that he is your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as well. No room here for playing religion. Amen
