Politics today. Watching the speeches in iowa saturday. I listened carefully to all speeches. All sounded more promising than any of the democrats.Loved the family story of Ted Cruz. And as always,the more you hear,then wisdom overtakes plain popularity.Newt Gingrich was awesome as usual. A very wise man.Was a little surprised at Chris Christie.Not sure i trust a man who kissed up to obama and hurt his own party in the 2012 pres.election.That lady who spoke just before Sarah Palin was awesome. Now that's a lady that could lead a country.Palin was ok,but just all over the place.She is a great american,but turning her popualarity into a kinda side show. But we love her anyway. Gov. Huckabee was as usual a good speaker,but once again i have not forgotten his television bad remarks about newt in the 2012 primaries.I was disapointed in him. Then there was good ole rick santorum....wow....he bored me to tears bragging on his track record from 20 years ago ,which were not so big.(in my opinion)Yes,about 2 to 3 of the speakers spoke of their christian beliefs,and i loved that. I just like millions are looking for that more than average guy or gal,to step up.Newt Gingrich is not running,so i was overwhelmed when a certain man stepped up to the plate. That man was DONALD TRUMP.iT SUDDENLY WITHOUT WARNING,hit me like a ton of bricks. This man is confident of what he can do. Strenghthen SOCIAL SECURITY,put in place strong cabinet members,trained and experienced trade negotiators,strong on foriegn policy,and has access to the the most brightest people in the world.Strong military is something he believes in. Understands the true enemies of our nation.My goodness ,i'd love to hear more from him.Not sure the press wants to let him in.I feel Romney and Bush represent more of the same old ideas that the Nixon Ford people did,back before we were saved by Reagan.
