Look up...look up...look up.

Faith my friends. Faith fights depression.  You know this is how
Depression hits us all. We through our own minds firmly believe we can
Battle with depression and by goodness we will overcome. Yep...but hold on tough guys and girls. Just when we think we have overcome, there it Is again. David cries out in the 42nd chapter of Psalm. His enemies and all there ruthless attempts to destroy him, never give up. Is it not the same with us? In the psalm 42:7 We see a horrible experience with your sin. Christ actually takes our sins upon him and His body. Oh the anguish, Christ languishes on the cross for me. Listen up...people....this was a real event that only Christ could handle. Only His blood can cleanse me of my filth.
No one is worthy....only He alone.And guess what? The fact that I put my FAITH , every ounce of it...in Jesus. Despite it all, the Bible teaches that the faith I have makes me righteous. Regardless of the attacks, how many, how strong, Faith wins. We must challenge depression by looking upward to Christ, we must never accept defeat.  Let me warn u. W e can never win, on our own power. Christ sent us a comforter. The Holy Ghost. Psalm 42:11  do not be cast down, don't be unsettled,  Hope in God. As I anguish over a wife that I love, FAITH is the one that has me in in hand, forces me to look up, and place my Hope in the eternal God. Whatever ur worry, whatever your battle, look up, look up, Look up I say.
You will be delivered from your enemies and your depression as well. Christ has your back.He will deliver you. Many at the time I'm writing this have worry and anxiety and I am praying for your faith. Never give up.
