Regard God, during good times and bad.

Ye shall make no idols nor graven images, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God. Leviticus 26:30.
This is the Lord speaking to Israel.
This is to show us how God takes the lack of obedience. This is a warning to an entire nation. In the chapter we have both the blessings as well as the chastisement. Victory over enemies,fertile rain,peace, and the presence of the Lord
The curses include disease, lack of food, famine conditions.
What's my point? There is no doubt that The good ole USA has followed after MANY IDOLS. Also many sexual perverted ideas and beliefs. We simply cannot continue on this path...that many consider okay. And they dare us to speak against it.Wow.
I am not promoting fear. But I'm promoting faith in God. We have many blessings in our country, and they are God given. For this I give God the glory.  Drop your love of temporary things. Regard God in all you do. If you insist on denying Him, and worshipping idols...cars money houses careers etc. Sex....etc...read the rest of Leviticus chapter 26...and listen to God.
