Something to think about.We as the people of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,have had many good and decent Presidents. But we have had a few Great Presidents. The great ones had a very strong sense of History.And they all shared in the sense that they knew they were serving during very trying times.Interesting that i have noticed they all had very large personal battles going on at the same time.No part of life was easy on them.And most were not perceived to be heroes until years after they passed.Men of all walks of life have been heroes for different reasons.A man at home who stands for what is right,and verbaly expresses it,may be chastised for it all his life,but only after his passing and years later is he praised for his views.I have seen men i knew like that,and watched family and friends roll their eyes etc. while they were alive. Just to tell me after they passed that they missed them,and how much they had actually done for them.
