I wasn't there.

 You know, i wasn't there in the book of acts with Peter and John (chapters 3 and 4) when they healed a lame man,over the age of 40. I wasn't there when all the Jewish on lookers approached them on Solomon's porch, I wasn't there when Peter began to preach to these on Lookers, I didn't witness in person Peter making sure they understood and it was not from his power nor John's power, by which this lame man could walk again. He reminded them, seems like every time they  would approach him, about who it was they had rejected and crucified. They also put these men in place about Christ and his position. He would always make sure to tell them they needed to repent. He would tell them to turn back, so that their sins would be blotted out. After that situation was over they were arrested and brought before Council the next day. There were way too many witnesses for the council to just punish them, so they threaten them and specifically told them not to pray or preach In The Name Of This Man Called Jesus. I wasn't there. When I read this scripture about why they were not punished, yet they were warned twice by this Council, Peter and John let them know that they would not obey the council of man, but the counsel of God. Being a born-again Christian this story strengthened my resolve to follow Jesus, and to be ready at all times, to stand up as a man and obey Jesus Christ and not man. Now this can go deeper than that and I have not the time to get into that in my writing. But I'd rather just explain to you how excited it makes me feel to know that I am in good company. The Holy Spirit of God. And that one day I will spend an eternity with the trinity. You can have your ball games and your politics, just don't get idolatrous. If you want to idolize idolize Jesus Christ. Thousands of people saw first hand the resurrected Christ. It is so encouraging that though man is disappointing, winners and losers come and go, whether it be elections or sporting events or job positions etc. I know that whatever befalls me, win or lose, I have something to look forward to that no man can take away from me. My salvation bought and paid for by the only begotten Son of God, no other name given among men, by which we must be saved, and that name is Jesus. And in the fourth chapter of Acts It also says that the council saw the boldness of Peter and John and perceived that they were uneducated, and they were just common men, so the council was astonished so they warned them again not to preach pray teach or anything in the name of Jesus again and they turned them loose. Am I educated unlearned well you be the judge of that. Peter and John made it clear they could only speak of what they saw and heard. Same here. I've never seen Christ but I've had a meeting with his holy spirit many years ago. And I must speak of what I've been shown what I have learned in the word of God. You cannot put a candle under a bushel, and expect to hide it. So I won't. I wasn't there when all this happened in the book of Acts but I was there and a very small Baptist Church in 1965 when after hearing the gospel for at least 4 years, I went to my abiding Place, knelt in private and ask Christ to save me. Ask him to forgive me my sins, come into the innermost Heart of Mine and abide there. Has he always felt welcomed there? Most likely not, but listen up he has said it himself his mercy endureth forever so I must speak of him as often as I can.

AMEN.

Think on this.

 If you are a thinker, think on this. A situation in scripture(Holy Bible) where the Apostle Peter, and the Apostle John, performed a miracle on a man who had laid at the door of the Temple many times, begging for help. The man was lame could not walk. The Apostle Peter lifted the man, and as he did the Lord restored his ability to walk again. Crowds were watching. Peter must have seen some astonishing faces. Peter and John started to walk and as is to be expected the healed man clung to them. The crowd hurried to greet them, and approached the apostles at the eastern side of Solomon's Portico, or porch, which is part of the temple. Then Peter began to preach to them. Peter Saw the amazed look in their eyes. He addressed they're surprise. They looked at Peter and John as if they did what they did by their own power. So immediately Peter began to preach the truth about who's power performed the miracle. He boldly began to lecture them about what they had done to the Prince of Life, which is Jesus. They delivered up Jesus to the Gentiles for trial. They denied him in the presence of pilate. Even when pilate had full intentions of releasing Jesus. They denied the Holy One and the just one who is Christ and ask for the release of a murderer named Barabbas. Wow now in the beginning when I said think on this.... this could have been a normal Act when you think about the fact that these religious Jews saw what Christ was saying, as being blasphemous. After all this man called the Christ was declaring that he was the Son of God the only begotten son of God. Peter recognized that his Jewish Brothers had done this out of ignorance yet he knew that they read the holy scriptures written by the prophets concerning the Messiah. Notice that he called them to repentance so that their sins could be blotted out. Now what  caused me to pick out this particular scripture to talk about. What was I thinking? I was thinking about how hard I have had life, and yet look at this lame man who laid at the door of the temple everyday begging for help. Look at the condition of all the Jewish people who witnessed this miracle. Things could be worse, so I must not pity my own situation without taking into consideration that I can walk and I can ask for forgiveness from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for I am not ignorant. Like this man and his faith in Christ enabled him to rise up and walk. My faith my repentance of my sin enables me to rise up above any situation I may find myself in. What a glorious merciful wonderful God that I serve. Man may not forgive me but Christ will. All of the scripture came from the book of Acts chapter 3 beginning with verse 11. The key here, is that I should not feel sorry for myself and I must repent always for my sin. And so must you. So be it. Amen

Then and only then.

 Are you truly saved? If you think there are more ways to heaven than Christ Jesus, keep

Dwelling on John 14:6..  does not matter who u are, ur standing on this earth, you will never be accepted by the Father unless you embrace the gift of salvation Jesus has paid for thru His blood and mostly death and Resurrection. Way to many are fooled into their own opinion on this matter. You must be born again. You do that by Repenting of your sins, and embracing Jesus as the only way. Then and only then will you be saved,  by His grace, and that my friends...is the greatest mercy He will show you. Rejecting Christ has its consequences. Your soul in a burning Hell forever. I wish that on NO person.Oh my goodness, the Bible says Hell enlarges it self daily. Oh please do not go there. God loves each of us, and desires we be saved from His wrath. Be born from above and never think you can bargain with the Lord. Please i beg of u!!! So be it.

Just a footnote: I have sinned all my life, but i embraced Christ, and look forward to a life in a new place with my Lord one day. A life I do not deserve, yet it is Christ promise to me. Love to see u there....love u all. 

Not possible.

 Our President had his election stolen. For certain all future elections shall be as well. This will be the end of freedom in the USA. My gosh...the Democrat party has found a way to forcibly take over America. No more work hard and earn your success. Just hold your hand out and beg the government. Wow. Im still praying millions of supporters and lovers of our representative Republic finally scare these evil groups and leaders enough to keep President Trump in office. Find a way to message Congress and all the courts, that we will not be cheated any longer. Gods Speed. These are times that try mens souls. Signed give me liberty or give me death.

On this day.

 On this day in 1975 I took over or should I say opened up Big B cleaners lenlock Shopping Center Anniston Alabama. It was quite a journey, lot of long hours and hard work. My first salaried position with a bonus. Wow I thought I was rich. Just reminiscing. Some of you may remember.

A strange blog.

 Went to see a dear friend today. I realized she was glad to see me. (Non romantic) Just sincerely glad to see me. (Same) here.) Trying to move on through life by myself. Sometimes its lonely, other times more peaceful. Thinking of life with Christ more than usual. Seems i worry more about my dear beast( pets). They need me more than any person i know. Their need seems to be a help to me. I can trust them. They don't cheat or hide from me. Neither Does the Lord. 

I will for certain.

 Good early morning. Psalm 40:1. I waited patiently on the Lord. And what follows are the rewards. Many more scriptures throughout the Bible speaking of who all waited upon the Lord. What they waited for. Through the book of Isaiah and in the Nt.

This is just a short early Monday morning devotional reminder of one of the hardest things for many of us to do. So much we cannot do for ourselves....we must pray, watch, and wait.

Maybe its an illness of a friend,  a family member, co worker. Keep vigilant, don't give up. Other scripture Psalm 37: 7....Psalm 27:4.....Psalm 130 verses 1thru 6. Pray for me as i wait, and i will for certain be praying always for you. Amen

To leap for joy.Both petition mingled with praise.

 Good morning. For a moment look at Psalm 70:verse 4. You do not have to wait until your old, if that be Gods plan fo you, to seek him. Or to love His salvation. But going back to the story of the old man in Psalm 71. Look if you will, to verse 1 thru 3. David the Psalmist, in verse 1 praises God for the Trust he can putin the Lord. David knows  God is his Fortress, his deliverer his Rock. In verse 2, David ask for God to deliver him and called him to escape. He asked God to inclined his ear to him and save him. In verse 3, David explains that he continually has this prayer and this request. Today in our lives we should be praying to the Lord continually never ceasing. We can do this of course in sincere fervent prayer in the privacy of our homes. But to do it continually means as you're driving down the road as you're walking as you're working. Yesterday I experienced personally a strong answer to a prayer for my job, for the work I had to perform, I needed strength and believe me out of the abundance of Gods mercy, He gave it to me. It felt awesome. So I must do this everyday. Oh how joyful it is when you know God has delivered you. If God can do this for me, then what do I have to fear, concerning anything else in my life. Look at verse 4 of Psalm 71. David said deliver me oh my God, out of the hands of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. He can and will do the same for me. You see, the fact that God answers prayer is enough for me. Verse 5 the psalmist says For You Are My Hope Oh Lord God. You are my trust from my youth. Here is a comment from the psalmist acknowledging how long has is trusted in the Lord. Verse 6 David Praises God because God has upheld him from his birth. He Praises God because God is the one that allowed him to be taken from his mother's womb. That should sound familiar to us all. And the last comment of that verse 6, David says as we should, that he will praise God continually. Now once again this is concerning believers of course. This not only is for the psalmist, but we are mortal, and old age and death are sure to come. You cannot and should not ignore this fact. Do not ignore the creator of every living thing. Do not ignore that God came in the flesh, in his son Jesus Christ. Jesus firmly said that he and his father are one, and that he only repeat what his father has said. Jesus also said and he was the only way to the father. Jesus said that he is the way the truth and the life. So when you pray, you must be praying in the name of Jesus. So thank you for reading and I will continue hopefully later in the rest of Psalm 71. At least verse 9. God be with you. Amen. A small footnote. When i know the Lord hears me, i leap for joy.

To be getting older, who gains from the pain?

 Good morning. I know the value of having a great attitude, but i know the difference in flesh and Spirit. Through all my worldly success i never forgot 

reality. Gods reality. He said what does it profit a man if he should gain the whole world but lose his own soul? I found an old man who has been a believer since he was a young man but now he's old and has suffered much through out his life and has been observed by many. Look at Psalm 71 vs 7. The Bible says he was a wonder to people. Why? He had a life long devotion to the Lord. Yet he was not excused from persecution. Maybe it was astonishing how he was delivered from so many previous crises. Wow!  The psalmist for sure was spared to teach the message of his God reference vs 18. Maybe we should not focus on his faults but on our deliverence. Of course he was not sinless. Of course. he could not live with sin not professed. So many have said to me....God is not through with me yet. Now it seems as i am being led through 3 to 4 crisis at time, one by one God is working each one out. What Praise and honor He is due. If you only knew each of my battles, you could see Gods hand in my life. A few days back i actually sat and thought, Oh Father of my lord Jesus, what in the world is your purpose for all this?  All my life i have suffered. From childhood ...to now. Here it is! So God can get the glory. Wow! Seems observers have now begun to WONDER about me. All I've been through and now much more, and I'm still here? Now there's more to this than just my battles. I still glory in my God. The Psalmist is correct. His pain is my gain, and mine is someone's, and to lift up Christ and praise God, give Him the glory for it all is my honor to do so. It's my must. Maybe the Lord will allow me to continue on this subject later. Remember,  just because your born again, you are not excused from persecution. Glory be to God. Amen....so be it.

 

He was there..

 Well now. The providence of God. Recently along with several physical issues i have, i was struck from behind in my auto. Then a couple months later a sickness. Im a Christian so why me. I do not know, but my Father in heaven knew. I dare not question that. His all knowing and then His providential care for me was obviously at work. When i was sick....i was so sick that i lost all concern for my self. People say but you were alone and that concerns us .  God bless u but He was right there all around me. Yes my thoughts later, were where was He when i did not have any cares? Colossians 1:17 the Apostle Paul says of Christ quote in him all things hold together the phrase all things refers to every created thing in the universe see verse 16 Hebrews chapter 1 verse 3 tells us that Christ is upholding the universe by his word of power the Greek word translated means upholding is phero, meaning to carry or bear . Now be right with God, before something happens and u slip into a numb state of mind. Then you can rest assured, that He is there with His providence, even when u are in a state of not knowing. Oh what a merciful God i serve. Showing me grace even when i am unaware. I love Him so. Please...if u are reading this and your living in unforgiven sin, please don't go to that numb unconscious place unrepentant.If i had died i would have awakened in glory to live forever. You to a devils hell. Oh my friend wake up before its to late. That is my prayer for you. Amen.

How do u rate?

 The sermon on the mount. Afternoon friends. Today i ponder as everyday i ponder. What? You may ask.  Picking up my cross. This means different things to different people, BUT it actually means death. Are u prepared to die because you follow Christ and obey Him? Die to your sin, your fleshly desires,  your idolatry. Die to the doctrine that you made up?  Look at Matthews gospel chapter 7: verses 13 and 14.  The narrow way. Jesus clearly says, enter by the narrow gate.  Because this gate is narrow and difficult is the way that leads to life, and few will find it. My friends, this is an obvious mention of people who are religious and believe that their doctrine of coming to Jesus through misinformation concerning bible doctrine will gain them access to the kingdom of heaven. They shout, profess to speak in tongues, cast out demons, heal the sick, raise the dead. Yet in verses 21 thru 23 Christ tells them to depart from Him, He does not know them. Reminds of me many professing Christians. No one ever sees them do this. Yet their claims are endless. Listen  my friends, all the shouting in the world, all the pretense of raising the Dead, all of the calling people to your church by telling him yeah come on and God loves you as you are, then you bring your sin in with you, And church leaders accept them and their sin. Some preachers and pastors who I may know May disagree with my words yet one only has to examine their deeds and you will see it. Some some teachers some are Deacons I dare not say all but way too many. Millions of followers of certain cultic Christian organizations will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Because of their adding words to the Bible or the word of God. Forming their own opinions they teach just what they personally believe, and not putting it to the test of the scriptures. Everyday I go to war with my flesh and with many thoughts in my mind. What man called natural God calls idolatry. What we may think matters only when we lift it up to the Lord and let his words scrutinize it. Is this easy? I dare say it is probably the hardest thing any of us can do. But I dare say Jesus said that if you don't, you will end up going through the broad gate which leads to destruction or otherwise known as hell for eternity. As you struggle with your flesh remember the Bible does not teach that everyone will be saved it does not teach that many will find the narrow way, it teaches that the broad gate will have many who enter in to it. I dare say that as I write millions and millions of people who think they're Christians and who profess to be, are going to go straight through that broad gate to destruction. Why? Because they do not wish to give up the things they love in this world they're therefore  ignoring and putting a hand in the face of our beloved Jesus Christ by denying that what he says in this Sermon on the Mount is correct. Is this you? As the famous John MacArthur the theologian and say it it's about what you practice not what you say. Are you battling everyday with your opinions and where's your desires? If not then you must love the world and the things that are in it and you've made up your own mind that it's your thoughts and Jesus Christ that will get you to heaven. That's absolutely incorrect. My question is how do you rate? Do you meet these standards the Christ himself laid down in the Book of Matthew chapters 5 through 7? You can throw the name of Jesus around all day long sing the most beautiful Christian songs, why you can even practice doing good to others and giving things away and looking after other people, but once again Jesus made it clear what is required and he tells us what will happen. I believe what this word of God says what my Christ said. Our goal should be to seek whatever pleases God. and believe it or not it's right here in the word of God. Do not get caught up in faith in Christ plus something else. Do not get caught up in emotions fake prophecy fake miracles fake speaking in tongues. This would be fraud. Who do you think Christ is talking about when he says it broad is the road that leads to destruction and many there be that find it? Something I failed to mention earlier, is the subject about being alone. I know a little something about that in the Flesh but what about my spirit? Christ teaches that I and or you, must come alone bearing a cross which is giving up the idolatry and sinful things in our life repent and Follow Him. To steal words from a sermon by John MacArthur, where he quoted another man saying these words. the blasphemy of the sanctuary is more awful then the blasphemy of the slum. So get alone with God search his scripture study his words and do not follow  every wind and Doctrine Jesus's words are non denominational but they are the truth the life and the only way to the Father which is in heaven.  This may not have been a popular thing to say, but my friends it's urgent. You want to follow the narrow way so your name can be written in the Lamb's Book of Life. may God bless your soul Amen.

Gods providential preservation.

 Good afternoon. Please note that i love to hear Godly men teach and preach Gods Word. But there is nothing like digging in to the scriptures yourself, if you wish to hear from God. During recent down time due to health issues, more thoughts of Gods sovereignty and my mortality have been on my mind. I so much love this scripture. Psalm 104: beginning with verse 29 thru 31. You hide your face,they are troubled; You take away their breathe, they died and return to their dust. Spirit they are created; and you renew the face of the Earth. May the glory of the Lord endures forever. This my friend has been true forever......and shall continue. As you ponder your worth, and your end, look at psalm 104:33.  I will sing to Lord as long as i live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. May God bless you and keep you all the days of your life.Amen.

To begin with.

 To begin with. To have my son hear me speak, then read me Gods word, is an awesome event. Then as i ponder Christ, i realize i know some who totally disregard our creator. Have their own opinions about my Lord. Wow. I love my Lord and i long for the day he shows the world that he is King...lord of lords. Wow. As i wrote this i can feel the Holy Ghost touching my heart as what to write. The part of my love 4 Him, and His king and lordship. He points us to the Almighty always. Those with self only opinions. Make sure they are passing the scrutiny of Gods scriptures.

Please get in right standing with God...before u have no more chance. There are many shocking revelations in what God has in store for you. Yet they will far out weigh our thoughts. This is as usual....GOOD. A word to me.Titus 2: 1 and 2. Just read all of Titus 2.Wonderful words.

To whom i turn!!!

 As i have been sick, i realize more of my mortality. I expect one day for my soul to separate from my flesh.Until then, Hear my cry, Oh God, attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will i cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: LEAD ME TO THE ROCK THAT IS HIGHER THAN I. Psalm 61:1 thru 2. Now i want Christ to call for the church to come home. Until He does, i pray. I need my Lord. Amen.

What does this recovering sick man think?

 John 1:1 thru 5.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2....The same was in the beginning with God. 3..All things were made by Him; and without him  was not anything that was made that was made. 4...  In him was life; and the life was the life of men. 5...And the light shineth in darkness and the darkness comprehended it not.

Jesus...the Word...there in the beginning, he was and is the light of the world. Comprehend this. This old man believes this. Christ my redeemer my fortress, my refuge. Me alive???? Its His idea His plan.

His will. Amen.

How about...jerk my chain.  So women expect man to respect them as a man ? Okay so now when he does, hes man plaining. Ha ha ha.....wow. I call it JERK MY CHAIN. So the rich affluent Vp want a be ...feels chained to the man she is debating, so she insults him. Stirring up all her gender friends in the media. I SAY get over it, you can't have it all your way. Amen.

 Born over six decades ago. Today way to much privacy breaches. In USA life was much easier, simpler,  during , 1950's. 

So we think? At least man in America had not yet devised so much technology as to be so controlling. As i look backwards i realize just how much grace and mercy my Lord and Savior has shown me. Wow. I recall how the pace of life picked up in the 1960's. Vietnam, music, etc. I was growing up, And in a somewhat dysfunctional family atmosphere. Let me change that. It was functional, just lots of alcohol involved....and not on my part. At the age of 8yrs, God began to draw my attention. Then at age 12, after a church service, in the secrecy of a very small bathroom, i regarded God in the name of Christ. I did not believe in or on Christ....the term used would be, I BELIEVED JESUS.   And i continue to believe Jesus. Just s few thoughts this morning. Amen.

What we must do. Because thats what he does.

Are u sure your truly saved?

Exactly what is the gospel?

The Bible says in Acts 3:19...you must Repent and be converted

so your sins may be blotted out.

Repent, to turn 180 degrees from your life of iniquity, and never look back. The gospel...the good news is that God sent His Son, to shed His blood for your sin.  Be buried,and rise again after 3 days, then ascend to sit on the right hand of the Father. With all your sins cleansed for evermore. IF CHRIST IS REJECTED, then HELL awaits.

This is the plain truth. Look at John 3:3. Christ himself declared, verily verily, i say un

To thee,Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Are you believing a man made religious

experience, still wondering if salvation is what you have? I know Christ is my redeemer, and He lives. Look at Psalm 62:verses 1 and 2.

Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from Him cometh my salvation. He ONLY is my rock

and my salvation, he only is my defence; I shall not be greatly

Moved. Do you feel this way? 

Psalm 62: 5.....My soul,wait 

Thou only upon,God; for my expectation is from Him vss 1 thru 7. As Israel said...if it had not been the Lord who was on our side, when people rose up against us, then they would have swallowed us up alive. The torrent would have gone over us; then over us would have gone to Raging Waters. Verse 6 blessed be the Lord who has not given us as prey to their teeth! We have escaped like a bird from the snare all of the Fowler's. The snare is broken and we have escaped our help is in the name of the Lord who made heaven an earth. Those words actually went from verse 1 through verse 8. This my friends is exactly how I feel about my redeemer my Lord and my God. A terrible eternal life awaits those who reject Christ. It's not a pleasant message but a necessary one. So consider it. But you must repent.When you do, an eternal home in Gods kingdom awaits you. You can do this 

Right where you are, right now.

My prayer: may the Holy Ghost 

Convict your heart, lead you to Christ....because thats what he does.Amen.

Everyone has a past.

 Tonight, im reading about The Apostle Paul  speaking before King Agrippa. In this conversation the Apostle Paul declared his life and his wonderful conversion. In declaring his life he spoke of all the atrocities he was involved with persecuting Christians. We should also be aware of the fact and he was in the crowd that stoned the Beloved Stephen. The Bible said that he consented to what was going on. Now imagine your life back then. Say you were a believer in Christ and suddenly this man with such a atrocious history declares himself to be born again. Every single time that we read this story we should be reminded of  how Satan constantly accuses us before the Lord daily. I also realize why the Believers in Christ at this particular time, we're leery of Paul. His previous name was Saul of Tarsus. We all have a past and we're all still sinners. But upon repentance and beliefs and acceptance of the Dear Son of God Jesus Christ of Nazareth we have been changed bought with a price. That price what is the shedding of Christ innocent blood as an atonement for every single sin I have ever committed and ever will commit. After Shaw spoke of his past life he explained in detail how and where his conversion occurred. Well to end this blog in a brief manner let us all study this 26th chapter of the book of Acts. Jesus appeared and spoke to Paul or should I say saul of Tarsus and said these words Saul Saul why persecutest thou me it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks and Paul said who art thou Lord and He said I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. Then the Lord said but rise and stand upon thy feet for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make the a minister and a witness both of these things which thou has seen and of all things in which I will appear unto thee. In verse 17 of this chapter of Acts, Jesus said delivering the from the people and a from the Gentiles onto my whom now I send thee; to open their eyes, and to turn them from Darkness to light end from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins aunt inheritance among them which are Sanctified by faith that is in Me. Now these are precious words that our Lord and savior spoke he forgives me of my sins he opened my eyes in order to turn me from Darkness to light and to deliver me from the power of Satan. He also said that there is an inheritance that I will have among them which are Sanctified by faith and that faith is in Christ Jesus. This is a Blessed assurance that we all have when we recognize that we're sinners and that we need to repent from our sins that means to turn from them into another more blessed life following Christ. You know one day we're all going to die it's appointed unto us today once and then the judgement everyone that dies still lives some live in heaven and some live in hell. the Lord is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance and be saved that's his desire and that should be our desire. Doesn't matter if you're young old healthy or unhealthy rich or poor, we all have to decide what we're going to do with Jesus Christ. Accept him or reject him. Myron is prayer is that everyone I know and come in contact with will search for the Lord. Amen

The exact, same thing.

 Tonight i see David in Psalm 119...a tired almost defeated man, pleading with God for restoration. Consider all he has been through. Oh my ....some of us pale in comparison. I love the 159th and 160th verse. David ask God to consider how much he...David...loved Gods precepts( the entirety of Gods Word.) Then he....David....considers Gods lovingkindness and ask to be revived. Then David praises Gods truthfulness, and judgements. David praises them for enduring forever.  And tonight I join him and ask God the exact same thing. Because HIS loving kindness endures forever. Revive me oh Lord! Amen.

There He stands.

 Tonight after listening to a sermon by Ravi Zacharias...i had this imagination. I could see myself last in line in heaven, to be greeted by Christ.When suddenly its my turn. And i hear Him say, where is Wayne? Then the feeling in my soul tells me how marvelous it is that this busy Savior knows me...and my name. Then i weep as i think of His grace and mercy for me. How as Romans chapter 3: verse 25 says. He not only forgives my sin, but cast them away and remembers them NO more. Yes my sin has hurt others over the span of my life, and has hurt me as well. But there He stands loving this guy and welcoming me into His Kingdom. In verse 26 Paul writes, this was done to DEMONSTRATE that He himself (Jesus) is righteous and that He justifies and accepts as righteous, him who has (true) faith in Jesus. Thank you and i give you all the praise honor and glory for my salvation. Amen.

For what useful purpose?

 Good early morning. God is great! I awake in pain, wondering why God even lets me hang around? For what useful purpose? I am quickly led to Romans chapter 3: verse 11 and beyond. The short quick answer is .....for His pleasure. To have me quickened by the leading of the Holy Ghost. Which desires that i remember.It is God that seeks me always. No man truly seeks God...without first God stirs his heart by His Spirit and literally always leads to Gods word(The Holy Bible) I must Praise God in any possible way i can, in any possible circumstance. May my heavenly Father always get the glory for my existence. So this morning.....Father...Holy be thy name. Its thru the blood of Christ that my dreadful sins are forgiven. That alone, is ENOUGH. Father....may every second of my life be a testimony that works your will. What pleases you.Amen.

Strait to the point!

1st Peter 3rd Chapter beginning with verse 8

Finally here means the Apostle Peter has been discussing many other topics, and now he wishes to speak to everybody in general. Now the Apostle Peter wishes to speak about Christian Fellowship, so let's look at it finally be ye all of One mind having compassion one of another Love as brethren and be pitiful be courteous. Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing but contrary wise blessing knowing that ye are there unto called and that you should inherit a blessing. For he that will love life and see good days let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guil: let him rescue evil and do good let him seek peace and ensue it I like verse 12. For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous meaning those who are upright and in right standing with God. And his ears are attentive to their prayer but the face of the Lord is against those who practice evil to oppose them to frustrate them and defeat them Psalm 34 verses 12 through 16. So what point do I wish to bring out and this short blog? I wish how to draw attention to the writings of the Apostle Peter in 1st Peter and 2nd Peter in your Bible. 4 in them you will find the ways in which the Lord wishes us desires us commands us to live. This way you can see if your behavior meets the standards of the scriptures. God bless you and goodnight.

No worse a sinner.

It's early in the a.m. in America where I reside. But one day I have a blessed hope and I will reside in God's glory in the heavenlies with Christ. But how could I possibly feel that I deserve it? Well if you're wondering, I don't deserve it. But yet only if it were left up to men. If for a moment you will indulge me by listening or should I say reading, the 12th verse of the first chapter a feature in the New Testament. In this12th verse, it says and I read, and to whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things which are now reported unto you buy them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the Angels desire to look into. Well well well, what do we have here? Angels desire to look into. Obviously angels do not need salvation they do not need saving they do not need forgiveness never having been defiled they need not be washed. Yet they take a deep interest and the work of the Lord Jesus Christ. But think on this if the angels who need no salvation who need not be washed from sins, then think on all the millions of people who are defiled by sin yet they show no interest and trying to find out how they can be washed whiter than snow. Some of my material is coming from the notations and sermons of the late great preacher Charles Spurgeon. Anyway think on that. When you lay down to take a nap when you rise up to walk through your day think on that. The angels have intellect have no need for salvation yet they're more interested than mankind is. What a shame. How embarrassed standing before God as he raises his arm and points and says his angels and said" they're more interested in me than you are. If that were to occur would that not be horrible?

There is no one that is lost that seeks God. Only after you are born again do become a searcher of Christ. If your LOST Christ is searhing for you. He says behold I stand at the door and knock. He speaking of the door of your heart. Let him in before it's too late. These are my thoughts for early this morning the year of Our Lord July 20/20 amen.

An undeserved inheritance !

Trials....what are they?

They are events that occur that try our faith! As the late great Charles Spurgeon said and I quote, we must expect trial because trial is the element of faith. Faith without trial is like a diamond uncut, the brilliance of which has never been seen. A fish without water or as a bird without air he is faith without trial"

But look at this in verse 3 the book of 1st Peter chapter one. By me having faith in Christ this is what I have to look forward to a new incorruptible inheritance. Blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to His abundant Mercy has begotten us again unto a lively Hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. We have a living and Lively hope! Why you say, well it's right there in that first verse it is all by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. Look what else I have to look forward to, verse 2. To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and  reserved in heaven for me. And so what do I do with this ? What it says in verse 5 who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last day wow I have that to look forward to. Verse 6, wherein you greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be,  in heaviness through manifold Temptations. So then I must remember that I will be tempted and it will cause a heaviness of heart. But I see here that the Lord through the writing of the Apostle Peter he's telling me l I will have a heaviness of heart due to Temptations. But I am to rejoice! Verse 7 that the trial of my faith, being much more precious than that of gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found  to praise and honor and Glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ. Now people think on this as Christians we should be continually aware of our need to repent of our sins daily. Now in this next verse which is verse 8 of 1st Peter chapter one. Now listen to this the Bible says whom having not seen, you love in whom though now you see him not, yet believing, I rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of Glory. Now my friends regardless of what happens to me and my life regardless of what sin I have committed I have repented I have spoken for things I want spoke against all because God has changed my heart and my mind. Another quote by the famous Charles Spurgeon, and I quote does anyone suppose that he knows all about the gospel and does not need further hours of study thought and prayer? Poor miserable fool! Angels, who are vastly superior to us in intelligence, desire to learn and no more end of quote. This explains a lot of things. For this reason I say Lord Jesus come quickly. For the trial temptation, and for the wrong thinking for so many years of my life, as I have said before I repent! For I am foolish to ever think that I can survive in the will of God for very long without much thought of my God and my Lord Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit, and what about study of his word and believing his word never doubting. For this I repent for as the scripture has said my eyes have not seen the Lord yet I believe and I love him and I rejoice unspeakable and full of glory amen! so with this I will leave you for now and understand this, that no matter what Trials come What heartaches come what Temptations come God is with you if you are born again and you believe and you have faith in him and you must repent of your sin and you must be born again Born Again of course Meaning being born from above. now  I will say goodnight or should I say good early morning.

So great a salvation.

The first book of 

Peter. It speaks of my salvation being guarded by God's power through faith...my faith...until i inherit that final salvation, that is ready to be revealed for me in the last time vs 5. All this is done by Gods power.

None of this of course is done by me, or any other human.  I consider this a promise. Peter says in vs 6, that i should be exceedingly glad. Even as i suffer trials and temptations. It is considered by Peter to be a test of my faith. 

Do you? Or not?

God as called you out. To do somehing in your lives for Him. Know what it is?

To praise Him and glorify His name. To glory in the name of His ONLY begotten Son...Jesus Christ.

But, even thn we have been known to complain to God.

How about Preachers who get tired of the everyday rigors of shepherding their flocks. Or teachers who don't consider their Sunday School class, as something they were called by God to do? When oppostion to your message arises? Or no one

Seems to listen? Or ..God forbid, continuous behavior arises and even leads to a

near marriage breakup, or to 

children becoming rebellious.

Look at what happened with Jeremiah the Prophet. Jeremiah chapter 20: verses 7 through 13.

Let me shorten this. Jeremiah complained to God. Guesswhat? God's Word burned within the soul 

of Jeremiah, and as is usual

the Spirit of God reminds Jeremiah that He is with Him. Jeremiah then ask for vengeance by the Lord on his enemies. Then Jeremiah Sings Praise unto the Lord. So...in closing i say read Psalm 40 beginning with verse 1.

Wait patiently for the Lord. Hear what God has in store

Missing fellowship.

Goodmorning. Today i work

on the Lords day reluctantly.

Im doing it as a favor to a fellow worker. I just want to sy this. For over 40 years i have given Sundays to man and employers in order to survive. So having said that, i feel its more than time to let others take up that mantle. When i miss church, i feel naked. Exposed to an unrighteous world. Some say its only fair that share my Sundays. Okay maybe back before i was diagnosed

with cardiovascular desease. I have a for sure terminal desease and i realize my life is getting ever closer to the end. (Here on earth). Living on pain meds and occupying til Christ takes me home. My eanest desire is i can with Gods guidance be blessing to others. Pray for me so i can give God His Praise and Glory...only He deserves. Back to my Sundays. To those to for selfish reasons think i have no right to them...shame on you. 6 days i am available to give you my expertise and that is suffient. Im getting older and YOU should respect your

Elders. I did, and i do. When i miss hurch i miss my church family. Got to go.love ya.

To be humble!

Luke chapter 18
Beginning with verse 13.
The tax collectors sense of unworthiness, standing before God.....He could not even look up, raise his head or face
towards heaven. He was so humbled. Wow. Everyday, through so much physical,and emotional pain...i am so humbled toward my God. At this point, so close to the end, the end of my life here, the unfortunate end to other things in my life...all my trust falls on, and in Christ. I know from reading the words of Christ here in the book of Luke, that this kind of humility is the only thing God
accepts. You see, God exalts the humble, but those that exalt themselves He humbles.
If you are sinning against the will of God.....beware. Im looking forward to death, OR the eminent return of Christ.
Explain then how you decided your ambitions were your real love in life, and not your marriage. Marriage was the first institution God created.
Fort this reason i will say i have been forever humbled.
I will forever be indebted
to Christ for forgiving me...the wretched sinner i am. I leave you with this, Luke 18: 14.

One word from God.

I wish to remind all believers in Christ of the fact that it only takes one word from God...after He has become your Lord, to bring order
to your life. He brings the full weight of His power to YOUR
LIFE. Study Genesis chapter
One. Just one word. So be very careful what you pray for. Why? Because you may get it?
NO....Because you should only ask for what is Gods will....and yours. You need to be in a agreement with God. He loves that. Amen.

Hold on to your faith, and forgive

Good evening. It has been a while.Tonight i suffer. Today was a good day, but tonight i suffer. I suffer
alone...know one is with me. My pain is overwhelming. It feels like my skin has been scraped. Im waiting for my pain meds to kick in. I write because i must. I feel as if i have been abandoned. And i have been. My thoughts on that are not of a complaining nature. But as an observer. Why?....well because i am for sure not the only person ever left in this position.
What keeps me going ? IT'S the lord.
I write these words thinking on the words of David. Psalm 13.
A plea for deliverance.
Here it is. How long Lord?
Will you forget me forever?
How long will you hide your face
from me?
How long will i store up anxious
concerns within me, agony in my
mind every day? How long will
my enemy dominate me? Consider me and answer,Lord my God.
Restore brightness to my eyes;
otherwise, i will sleep in death.
My enemy will say" I have triumphed
over him." and my foes will rejoice
because i am shaken.
But i have trusted in your faithful
love; my heart will rejoice in your
deliverance. I will sing to the Lord because he has treated me generously.
This my friends is why i continue
to blog, and live stream on f/b. You see ....i am not alone because my generous full of grace Lord and master is with me. I have dear friends who are bearing their crosses
that i must encourage and pray for.
So tonight i pray for my friends. Hang on, endure unto the end. For those who read this and do not understand, i pray God saves you so you will understand.  I love all of your souls.
If i could take your pain away i would. Jesus is coming soon, morning or night, or noon. So continue to pray, study God's word, (the Bible) hold on to your faith. And forgive.

AND I AM NOT.

Today I spoke of Genesis chapter one, the first 5 verses. Tonight just a reminder of why its necessary  to follow the apostle Paul's exhortation about the Christian marriage and home.Here it is. Wives submit,to your own husband, as is fitting in the Lord.In other words God loves this.
Husbands,love your wives and do not be bitter toward them. And I am not.

Children,obey your parents in all things, for this is well pleasing to the Lord. And Fathers , do not provoke your children ,lest they become discouraged. Read the rest of colossians chapter 3 beginning with
Verse 18....thru...25. This is all concerning the Christian home. It's good stuff. You may aught to read chapter 4 as well. You see I am  in chains myself, in chains  to Christ Jesus. God bless you and watch my devotion on my FB page. Night.

Come Lord Jesus, come!

But take heed to yourselves,lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares
of this life,and that Day come on you unexpectedly. [ Luke 21: 34]
Verse 35. "For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth.
Now these words were spoken by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The one Judge of us all in the end time.
His warning is to watch. Look at verse 36.
"Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass ,and to stand before the Son of Man"
My friends, the end seems near, and yet many have backslide, and many still refuse to repent. They believe in man, themselves,and they never regard God. That is scary. Many I know, and some in my family still do not believe and follow Christ the Son of God. This is My Lord speaking.
Jesus is coming soon, morning night or noon. Many will meet their doom.

False Witness.

The Bible says a false witness
Will perish. Then goes out and
Deliberately perjures himself. Then
the man who listens to the false
witness carefully, answers honestly
and gives testimony that can never
be shaken. PROVERBS 21:28.
Events of false witness, do not last
forever. Yet they can unleash worlds
of hurt on someones life. It can take years for people to see the truth. That's why never STRIKE back. Gets u nowhere. Say what you must, but not in unrighteous anger. (There is a righteous anger) use that if you must.
You see, we cannot outwit God in wisdom,understanding,or strategy.
If we truly have love deep in our heart for special people in our lives...
then get by yourself Express your anger to God, (vent) then seek his wisdom in the matter. There...will be
....your answer. Remember time is in Gods control. God weighs the heart of mankind. Pray for me, as I seek Gods wisdom while moving forward. At this point, I must dismantle my entire life it seems. God bless.

Provocation.

Sanctified humor?
How about Proverbs 21:19
According to the writer of Proverbs ,
he would prefer the discomfort
,distance,and loneliness of a desert
To being cooped up with an angry   quarrelsome women.   (Reference a Bible commentary.) For months now, I have lived  in peace. I'm now one more step towards being free. I cannot speak for all relationships, but for many I can. Just remember what the Bible teaches. Because it matters.
Be not unequally yoked. Now the lesson here is, unequally yoked and not being compatible are kin, but not the same. One is supernatural,and the other is a flimsy weak, worldly
Excuse to get unmarried. Now I've
Done it before, so I should know.
As an active, disciple of Christ I long in my heart, for the spiritual relationship with the opposite sex.
But unfortunately the unequally yoked ones prefer to view marriage thru the eyes of a lost out of control world. That's  a total shame. Now...men and women are both the same as far as this goes.
Godly mates will be commited to you.
While worldly mates on a whim, will
throw up their hands and quit without notice and just walk out.
Now, beware of the ten commandment that the world seems to hate the most. Its,thou shalt not bare false witness. What is that?
It's being willing to tell lies on someone in order to have a good excuse to walk out.
Ya know, look at Proverbs 22: 1
A good name means a good reputation. The Bible says it's better than great riches. Worldly people,
Know this, so often times they attack
Christian's for the sole purpose of destroying his or her reputation.
But usually for every false witness
God has many more good references
Of your good character. So the blessings I have, will be total freedom, of a quarrelsome relationship. No matter how hard I prayed, how hard I tried to please,
how hard I promised to be forever committed, the unequally yoked
Won the war.  Today I was given great advice from a person of authority. Don't lettem ruffle your feathers, and stay on your knees to God. Do not be provoked. Amen.

An Easter message or what?

OmGosh. The book of lamentations.
Once again Israel has disobeyed God.
Look at Lamentations chapter 5. See what has befallen the nation because of their sin. V8. Ch.5.( starting with)
Servants and slaves rule over us; there is none to deliver us out of their hands. [ Neh.5: 15]
The Hebrews said....We get our bread at the peril of our lives because of the sword of the wilderness. [ the wild Arabs,who may attack if we venture into the fields to reap our harvest]
Vs 10...Our skin glows and is  parched as from [the heat  of]
an oven because of the burning heat of [the fever of]  famine. Look further...vs 11. They ravished the women in Zion, the virgins in the cities of Judah.
Vs 12..They hung princes by their hands; the persons of elders were not  respected.
Vs 13..Young men carried millstones,and boys fell[ staggering]
under [ burdens of ] wood. Vs 14 ..The elders have ceased from [ congregating at] the city's gate, the young men from their music.
Vs 15...Ceased is the joy of our hearts;
Our dancing has turned into mourning. Vs 16..The crown has fallen from our head[ our honor is brought to dust] WOE TO US,FOR WE HAVE SINNED !
They also had to pay money to drink the water that belonged to them in verse 4.  They were allowed no rest.in verse 5.
So what we have here is their fathers had sinned as well, were no longer among them, and all of Israel including Judah was paying the price.
I do not know about you.....but I stress over the my nation suffering over a plague.  This is just the tip of the iceberg.  Once a professed nation following Christ, has turned to it's own way. Not regarding God. Even evil doers invoking Christ to bail them out....with no Intentions to REPENT.
Trust God...that want work. Common grace and grace from Christ...are different. Much of our wealth and educated people working in medicine, the food industry, and science, is God's common grace. In other words God blessing  even the unbelieving world. For my fellow believers..... remember, it rains on the just and the unjust. If we want a mighty move of God, we believers must hit our knees, cry out to God for our nations healing. We have laughed joked around , had fun with the gospel, NOW it's time to learn of the full council of God. Is this an Easter message or what? Wow!
Ya know? Christ bore all my sins on the tree. All of them. Was buried and rose again.  Guess what. He is coming back just as the Bible says, but this time to JUDGE  the world. Are u ready? There are no cutting deals with God. You will not be telling Him or telling Him
what  to do.
I must obey Him now, and forever.
This life is temporary.  But the hereafter is forever. Pray for our nation while we repent. I must ask God to see if there is any wicked way in me.
God be with you. Happy about Christ rising from the grave. He lives. Amen.

When u are done? Can u say that. I dare you!

 A prayer:  Lord Jesus Grant me the favor of being led by thee. Under the directions of thy Providence And thy word. Grant me thy blessings with bitter things, to brighten and quicken me, not to depress and make me lifeless, Grant me like Gideon of old, Way- tokens by removing things that discourage me .Grant me succor beneath the shadow of thy sympathy when I am tempted.  Accept my unceasing thanks that I am not cast off from thy hand as a darkened star or rudderless  vessel.  Suffer not my life to extend beyond my usefulness. A puritan prayer in part. What faith and belief one has to have to pray a prayer like this. Lord take me when ur done with me. AMEN.

Which leads us to: the eyes of the Lord.

Tonight, I see 2 scriptures of importance.  Proverbs 15:3.....and Proverbs 14:12.
The evil way,the allurements of Sin, and the end of the wicked is found in Provetbs 14: 12.  Yet we mankind think we have our lives charted for our own good. I speak and listen to so many men and women, that swear by their own right way of thinking. Never regarding God and His way. Constantly dragging down Christian's, as if all the folly of a professed Christian is the fault of the Heavenly Father. A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is CONFIDENT. Proverbs 14: 16. Which brings us to Proverbs 15: 3.
The eyes of the LORD are in every plae, keeping watch upon the evil and the good. We should, upon waking or sleeping pray to the Heavenly Father in Jesus name, blessing Him for His vigilant watching over us in the night
and guiding our steps throughout our day. So much wisdom in the book of Proverbs. Lots of common sense.
If by any chance you are righteous as in the Biblical sense? This means you are uncompromisingly righteous. Do not
Compromise  with evil, and claim to be righteous. Remember,  the eyes of the Lord. U can use references such as Job 34:21....Proverbs 5: 21.....Jeremiah 16: 17; 32:19...Hebrews 4: 13. Amen.

SUBSTANCE AND EVIDENCE.

Genesis 1.....a continuation of last nights live video of me speaking on Genesis. Tonight what is faith? Well we know it is the substance of things hoped for. The evidence of things not
Yet seen.  2 key words ...substance and evidence. I hope for substance, and I already have evidence. In Genesis chapter 1 I see where God made the earth. The oceans.
He made it all out of nothing. No pressure existing material.
Only God can make something from nothing. The God of nature is not subject to the laws of nature. ( per Matthew Henry.)  In my faith of all God created ...exist a strong substance that has itself twisted all around my soul. It has never and will never let go of me. It tells me all of Gods creation and plans for my life and my soul, are true and can be sure to be honored by Christ. I honor and praise my Heavenly Father for all He has created and for coming to earth and dieing for me so I can one day  return to Him as I should always be...
 Redeemed ! This excellency of power is of God and to Him is all the glory.
I must sleep for the day is fast approaching.  Read about our Father and His glory in chapter 1 of Genesis .

Many months ago.

Many months ago I taught a Sunday School lesson on the subject concerning  a Roman centurion that had a sick servant. This guy understood authority and the chain of command. His servant suffered from a paralysis that was very painful and described as violent. ( I would like to inject right here, that I to suffer from pain so sharp that it paralyzes my entire body. Also takes my breath). Anyway this centurion talking to Jesus responded to Him about a visit to the centurions house.
You can heal my servant by merely speaking the word right here, without a visit. The centurion explained to Jesus how he understood authority. This Roman was correct.  Jesus marved at the faith of this soldier.Christ then explained how the sons of the kingdom ( jews) who
were never truly converted while while some of the world's most vile savages (gentiles)
would believe the gospel. The unconverted Jews to go to hell, while the believing savages to go to heaven.
What's my point. The point is, all people acting religious are not saved. And sometimes God saves the least of us.
My prayer: righteous prayer moves mans. Father, in the name of Christ, I ask u remove all mtns from my life. Heal me and guide my steps down your paths. And heal those that are my friends from their diseases, for your glory and honor. Amen.

homo homini lupus - man is a wolf to man.

What he hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the house tops. What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in the light.This was the Lord Jesus himself speaking.Now for those who think getting saved will be your  Recipe  for happiness,  think again. Sometimes I get the feeling  that we preach a soft gospel.Jesus here was warning the disciples about what was about to happen. The great Matthew Henry said....look for the sword, not peace.
Every thing can and will happen. If you stand your ground for Christ, friends family, spouses etc. Will come against you. Now...the lord was speaking to the disciples here, but could this happen in America?
Surprise, it happens in many other countries now. It happens in the middle east as I write this. Islam is at war with anyone that declares CHRIST the only begotten Son of God. Yep...that's correct. Today millions of Bible thumpers have weapons to protect themselves. Our leaders read our constitution and want it done away with because it gives all Americans the basic right to defend themselves. Back to the message. The message is becoming a Christian does not guarantee peace. So look not for peace, but a sword. We are not the judges of sin....the Word of God is. Stand on the Word. Christ also said to
Look not for peace but division. Jesus said I am come to set men at variance. This I believe, is a big reason for the failure to fill our pews in our churches. Peoples hate and disdain for the truth of Gods word.
Besides just simply enjoying their sin.
Say anything about it.....expect a huge push back. This also is one reason all this fun and silliness our youth are engaged in at their over sized churches, sickens me at times, but most all the time it concerns me so much. We must teach our youth, it's okay to have clean fun, but.....being a follower of Christ does cost
Some scripture to back this up, is Rev 6:4  Rev 19:21.
Acts 7: 54  Rev 11:10.
The variance Jesus mentioned is in vs. 35.
And finally my friends, in vs 36 of Matthew 10.....Christ makes it clear that a mans foes will be those of his own household. Just imagine that.
I know that feeling. Yet...I love them anyway. I love them deeply forever.
But I love Christ more. What will you do, when a dear love one forces you to make a choice between Jesus or them? What if your persecuted for your stand in Christ by a love one leaving you? It happens. Ive seen it happen.  Don't lose hope. Whatever comes your way, Jesus has a glorious
Heaven prepared for us. Jesus said beware of men. You stand your guard.

The nature of man,if it be not sanctified, is the worst  nature in the world next to that of devils. They are men and therefore subordinate, dependent, dying creatures. Psalm 9:20...and who art thou,that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die?
So once again watch what you expect.
The truth of the scripture does not line up with many preachers today.

IF YOU ARE....OR NOT.

Hello my friends, tonight I must say
Maybe America is going the way of Israel in the book of Hosea. Israel was involved in much idolatry,  much harlotries, and God will strip her naked, and bring drought upon her, so says the book of Hosea chapter 2: vss 2 and 3.  God will put all kinds of road blocks and obstructions in her way till she decides to return to Him....her husband.  Ya know, God can do this to America as well. Especially a nation who once boasted
Of it's love and trust in The one and
Only true God of the Holy Bible.
From my studies of our Heavenly
Father...I see that faithfulness and loyalty are very important to Him. As a nation. Or a person.In Hoseas day, even the preist were guilty of idolatry. Here is a list of their sins.
Unfaithfulness, unkindness, swearing ..lying, killing, stealing, adultery, and murder. Oh my....we simply must not engage in these sorts of things. God will contend with people or nations
that do these things. If your a shepherd of people, abstain from these things. When in the pulpit, preach as if you were preaching to yourself first. Pray for our nation of America. Pray for our President.  If you are backsliden ,come home to Jesus. If your not sure if your saved, Ask God to show you if you are or not. Amen!

BITE YOUR TONGUE.

On a personal note....when we read the book of Hosea, we think of our own marital issues in life. Yet something sticks out, maybe a couple things. First, FORGIVENESS, second MERCY. In the events of the book of Hosea, we know that the Lords object and real subject is Israel and His love for her as a people.  One writer has said that Gods mercy cannot be worn out , or exhausted. Oh how glorious that is to know. How hard can it be to have a wife or husband that was seriously over active sexually before you married them? It can be almost impossible to trust them or forgive them. Yet we must forgive and show mercy on them. Don't hate them. Try hard to bite your tongue. God loves Israel and all the world so much he tolerates our running to and fro, being the harlot and even then He waits patiently for us to say we are sorry, so He can bestow on us a mercy  that never gets exhausted. If we want salvation in our marriages,  or in our souls, it will take repentance along with much forgiveness in order to attain it. Hosea represents an exhaust less mercy of God which no man can wear out.  Wow, this would be quite a feat for a man or women to accomplish on their own. But when both parties want each other, it can be done. Godly mercy, and Godly forgiveness. My prayer: Dear Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus,
I pray for my marriage and for the needs of my spouse. And I pray for me to be able to forgive. Regardless of the outcome, I see Heaven just around the corner, and I want a clean pure honest heart on arrival there. Amen. So be it.

A fine line.

The study of a man, or could be a Godly women. Someone that refuses to disobey God. The book of Daniel
Chapter 1. What my friends are we gonna do if Christian's are ever singled out to disobey God? Our freedoms are being eradicated slowly
In the name civil obedience. It's a fine line. Keep your eyes open. Decrees are not new in the world. Many decrees are being declared in America concerning a deadly virus. Yet more have died from other things, and there has never been this type of panic and government decrees. I pray this is not a trial run, just to see how easy it is to control. Take this time to repent of sin, start giving God attention. He is a great God and He answers prayers. I know. He has for me more than 6 decades. The man ABEDNEGO Faced the king and refused to bow to the Kong. Abednego told the king....nebuchadnezzar....that the same God that delivered from the fire, will deliver from him. I say...the same God that has delivered me in the past,shall deliver me now. Amen...so be it.

Another chance.

For the natural man receiveth not
the things of the Spirit of God,for they are foolishness to him. Neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned.  1st Corinthians chapter 2: verse 14.
I must say this, mankind needs to desire to know and understand God and his word.(The Bible) People...mere knowledge is not enough. U must be born from above.
YOU MUST! The Holy Spirit must draw you to The Father. Pray that He will. Then repent of your sins. You must. And you must do it thru Jesus.
There is no other way to the Father,
Only thru Jesus. Seek Him, and you will find Him waiting for you. He will give you peace that surpasses all understanding. God bless.

Bad choices. Neither was Moses and Aaron.

Good late evening. Sometimes even those close to the Lord, make bad decisions.  Yes many do. One I have in mind is from the Past. The brother of Moses. Aaron was his name. As we all should know, Moses told the Lord that he could not speak for him to Pharaoh because he was not eloquent enough. So Moses picked Aaron to speak for him. But it didn't happen because when Moses left Aaron his brother, was charge while he went up on the mtn to speak with God. The people felt like Moses took to much time so they ask Aaron to build them a graven image to worship. Wow!
Seems the second man in charge messed up. At a time when His made His choice...He took matters in His own hands. This looks to me to be the same issue men and women did way back then, and all thru time. What in the world possessed Aaron to do such a thing? We know things eventually
Turned out okay with Aaron, as it did
with so many biblical characters.
But....don't relax just yet. When Moses came down from the mountain and saw what was going on, thousands of people ended up being punished by executions.  My goodness...seems we get ourselves in all kind of large and small trouble when we do not obey Gods directives. When we don't trust Him enough to handle whatever He leads us to do. That can include us asking Him...in Jesus name for help.
You and I are not the first to do this. And neither was Moses and Aaron.These were righteous men. Godly men. Yet they made it through to heaven...I'm sure. Once again...remember the NT scripture...if the righteous scarcely be saved....where does the ungodly man appear? So quickly..while theres time, repent, give your life to Jesus. I mean
Yourself, your kids, grandbabies, your jobs, your spouses and or mates to Christ. In the will of God I mean. No unnatural stuff, living together stuff, etc....that's part of repentance.
This is a matter of urgency.  Time runs out on most people. Eternity weighs in the balance. God be with you all is my desire. I pray for your issues in life. It breaks my heart to see people hurting each other. Especially when there should be love.
Yes this means me as well. I cannot imagine a life without Christ. Without the Heavenly Father, without the Holy Ghost. Give Jesus a chance, He loves you so much, He gave His life for you. Amen! So be

Regard God, during good times and bad.

Ye shall make no idols nor graven images, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God. Leviticus 26:30.
This is the Lord speaking to Israel.
This is to show us how God takes the lack of obedience. This is a warning to an entire nation. In the chapter we have both the blessings as well as the chastisement. Victory over enemies,fertile rain,peace, and the presence of the Lord
The curses include disease, lack of food, famine conditions.
What's my point? There is no doubt that The good ole USA has followed after MANY IDOLS. Also many sexual perverted ideas and beliefs. We simply cannot continue on this path...that many consider okay. And they dare us to speak against it.Wow.
I am not promoting fear. But I'm promoting faith in God. We have many blessings in our country, and they are God given. For this I give God the glory.  Drop your love of temporary things. Regard God in all you do. If you insist on denying Him, and worshipping idols...cars money houses careers etc. Sex....etc...read the rest of Leviticus chapter 26...and listen to God. Look up...look up...look up.

Faith my friends. Faith fights depression.  You know this is how
Depression hits us all. We through our own minds firmly believe we can
Battle with depression and by goodness we will overcome. Yep...but hold on tough guys and girls. Just when we think we have overcome, there it Is again. David cries out in the 42nd chapter of Psalm. His enemies and all there ruthless attempts to destroy him, never give up. Is it not the same with us? In the psalm 42:7 We see a horrible experience with your sin. Christ actually takes our sins upon him and His body. Oh the anguish, Christ languishes on the cross for me. Listen up...people....this was a real event that only Christ could handle. Only His blood can cleanse me of my filth.
No one is worthy....only He alone.And guess what? The fact that I put my FAITH , every ounce of it...in Jesus. Despite it all, the Bible teaches that the faith I have makes me righteous. Regardless of the attacks, how many, how strong, Faith wins. We must challenge depression by looking upward to Christ, we must never accept defeat.  Let me warn u. W e can never win, on our own power. Christ sent us a comforter. The Holy Ghost. Psalm 42:11  do not be cast down, don't be unsettled,  Hope in God. As I anguish over a wife that I love, FAITH is the one that has me in in hand, forces me to look up, and place my Hope in the eternal God. Whatever ur worry, whatever your battle, look up, look up, Look up I say.
You will be delivered from your enemies and your depression as well. Christ has your back.He will deliver you. Many at the time I'm writing this have worry and anxiety and I am praying for your faith. Never give up.

FAITH ALWays has the last word.

The exciting part is he says I'm  sorry. Any person that sincerely takes this position before God ,will
Never be denied forgiveness. Reference proverbs 28: verse 13. If this were not so,then all men would be hopelessly doomed. We must all arrive at this place...in order to receive Gods mercy we must repent

I live in the past. Or do I?

Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, oh lord: let thy lovingkindess and thy truth continually preserve me.
For innumerable  evils have compasses me about: mine Iniquities have taken hold upon me ,so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.
PSALM CHAPTER 40 VERSES 11 - 12.
Do ya think God will ignore this kind of obvious cry for help. I think. Not.
In the following verses David crys out LET THEM BE ASHAMED AND CONFOUNDED TOGETHER THAT SEEK AFTER MY SOUL TO DESTROY IT; LET THEM BE DRIVEN BACKWARD AND PUT TO SHAME THAT WE ISH ME EVIL
DO UR ENEMIES LAUGH AT YOU?
Read the rest of chapter 40....meet my God. Verse 17...yes I'm poor and needy and Lord please do not tarry delivering me from situations and that command way to much time in my life. You are my help and deliverer. AMEN ! Please do not be confused between what appears to be
Judgement and then the teachings of Christ and his mercy. Listen to this,
How brave is the accused if he enters court leaning on the arm of the noblest in the land.
How futile is it to condemn when the judge of all stands beside to justify???
I may go to court but the judge stands by to justify me. That is Christ Jesus.

Message to both the church,and the World.

Message to the world. Psalm 39:13
O spare me ,that I may recover strength, before I go hence, and be no more. This was a psalm of David. If the Lord allows a virus, and there's no Repentance. then more judgement may follow. Could this be a  warning to the real church?  Hmm. America is full of greed and arrogance. You can see how many hoard things. Church?
Judgement must first come to the house of God. The Bible warns the world. If the righteous scarcely be saved...then where does the sinner appear? Later let's look at Psalm 38

I live in the Past.

Good evening, tonight I wish to write about Solomon a king of Israel. An extremely intelligent king, and a wise one. Ecclesiastes chapter 1: verse 15 tells us that Solomon was frustrated  when he discovered that book learning doesn't ....does not , solve all the puzzles of life.

Man can fly to the moon, but the flight of a bee defies all known laws of  aerodynamics.

Diseases like tuberculosis and polio

Have been controlled, but the common cold is still unconquered. 

This king, Solomon...investigated affluence,prestige, Schooling, Sex etc and yet he concluded it was vanity.

Here is an example. But no hope until you inject CHRIST. 

Worldly joy is fleeting,vanity itself.

Vain the dazzling brightness, Vain the stores of wealth .

Vain the pomp and glory,only thou canst give.

Peace and satisfaction  while on earth we live. There is none Lord Jesus,there is none like Thee.

For the soul that thirsteth, there is none like Thee. ( author unknown)

I insist on saying that it is so sad, that generation after generation chases the dream of money, and fame.

Yet when they get it it's not enough....not ever enough. We ruin our lives, our loves , our marriages, everything, chasing stuff. Stop it. We need to and must work, but do not go over board. Do not set your hearts upon riches.   My prayer: Heavenly Father, I pray that someone reading this, before they lose what's really important, they reverse course....REPENT , so things in their life will heal, and real joy returns. Amen. I love you. God bless. 

I live in the past?

Good late evening friends.

I wish I didn't feel the need to share some personal feelings in my blog, but I feel I need to. Okay here it is.

I make it clear how I feel about marriage. I know that I live in a Gentile culture. I have had my share of love in my past. I never ever felt passionate about the institution of marriage.  Since the past 5 years of getting much closer to the Lord...studying God's Word, teaching it etc, I also began very quickly to appreciate my wife. I know I have shared this commitment with her several times, and I'm glad I did. 

I also admit that I feel in my heart very close to her. There is an age difference somewhat,but it does not affect my love. I feel it could hinder her commitment.  Thats a shame.

I do not regret marrying her. Dating her was tuff...lol....but I was glad I had her as long as I did. I am afraid now ,it's coming to a close. If I may ask, my Christian friends ...please pray for my marriage, it's what I want. I cannot imagine my life without her in it. This is her choice. I forgive her for everything including this. I pray she will forgive me. I love you girl. Always and forever. We were a family and let's not throw it away. Pray for her,she works hard and she has a good heart. She just doesn't want this old man any longer.

Remember...u can't make someone

Feel what they don't.  My faith in Christ has grown stronger. Remember God created, marriage before the church. I believe in it. Goodnight and God bless.

I wish I had one!

Two important things occur
In the 2nd chapter of Genesis.
1st in chapter 2 verse 7.
And the Lord God formed man
Of the dust of the ground.and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life. And man became a living soul.
Then in chapter 2 beginning in verse 18. And the Lord God  said ,it is not good that man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
Verse 21.  And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept , and he took one of one of his ribs and closed up the flesh, instead thereof. Then the Lord made women.
This was a great thing. A HELP MEET?? I wish I had one. Wow.

I love my wife. Regardless.

I live in the past....once again.

I am convinced that Satan wishes me
Out of the way. With the events of the last 9 months, and the ones prior to that Satan has stepped up his war against me. As the lord himself said to Peter, I have now seen it for myself. He wishes to sift me like wheat. And he is doing it. Many godly old friends and new ones have come my aid again. You all banded together and prayed for me at one time. I now feel the calmness in my soul. Praise God. Just moments before, I was almost out of control, alone in my home. The evil thoughts in my mind ,and things like waking up in horrible pain a couple nights ago.  Then looking over at my weapon thinking, I could pull this trigger one time, and end it all. Wow....that's just not Wayne.
Standing before my God and Saviour explaining my failure to trust him.Wow. Just moments ago, I literally wanted to do bad things to others and myself. Thoughts in my head saying God ain't there for you.
People wanting to help, why they don't really care? Wanting to lash out and hurt people I know I love regardless of what they do to me. WELL. YOUR PRAYERS reached Heaven. Those demons jumping me, wanting me dead. Yes, I mean dead.
Psalm 112:starting with verse 1.
The Security of the godly.
Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord. that delighteth
greatly in his commandments.
I know I posted this scripture last blog, but Satan wants me out of the way. Psalm 111:1......Praise the Lord, I will praise the Lord with my whole heart,in the assembly of the upright. And in the congregation. Yes a few years back I rededicated my life to Christ. Brought along with me a bit of my past life. God said that's over,that I'm not held responsible anymore.My people....my prayer: Psalm109 :26,27,28,29. Help me,O lord my God.
O save me according to thy mercy:
That what??? That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou Lord hast done it. Let them curse ,but bless
Thou.when they arise,let them be ashamed. But let thy servant rejoice.
Let my adversaries be clothed with shame,and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.
So you all just had our Lord take up my cause. He will fight my battle  and cover me with His divine protection.
Now I have peace ,and I can sleep.Praise God for my Christian brothers and sisters.  Amen.

I live in the past continued.

Well well. It has been said that live in the past. Ya know, in my life I had heartaches and pains. Yet I have also been told that due to living in the past, I am insecure.  Well, the Bible in Psalm 112 says a lot about the Security of the godly. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delights greatly in his commandments. Verses 2 thru 6 has much to say about him. But look at verse 7. He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord. Verse 8 says His heart is established, he shall not be afraid,until he see his desire upon his enemies. Now I would like to think I had no enemies,  but I'm sure I must, somewhere. One of the hardest things to do, is accept that someone you love could be your enemy.  Ya know, David loved Saul immensely, yet Saul was after David's life. After much prayer,and thought process, I've decided to pray for my enemies if they exist. Even if I have loved them before and they try to do harm to me.
I pray God gets the glory from me forgiving them. And I will forgive as God advances my life forward. Even though some may wish me harm. So this man who lives in the past, ends with Psalm 113: 2
Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forevermore. Amen.

I live in the past.

For a brief moment, think of
Jacob, in the book of Genesis.
He cheated his older brother, he stole Isaac's death bed request. What did this man of the past have in common
With men today? What did God possibly see in him? Oh but we know God used him, and he is in the Holy Bible. Research him. God loves us to read this stuff in HIS WORD!
I have to tell you. People who wish to use my past against me.......after 6 and 1 half decades later, God says keep going I'm with you. Sorry I'm not perfect. This Bible is God. Amen.

The life of peace and tranquility....???

In Matthew chapter 12 many things to learn about people. Jesus among the few that truly loved him.
Judas gets upset because expensive oil was used to annoit the feet of Jesus. Time is running out on Jesus. There are plots against his life, now there is a decree to arrest him and kill him. Wasted opportunity to worship Christ is seen. We even find that there is jealousy of Lazarus whom Jesus raised from the dead, and they are calling for his death. If this happened to the Son of God....then who do u think u are?
Two points....Your end is near, do not waste it on the desires of your flesh.
Also, do not think being a saved believer makes you immune from hatred and jealousy. Plots formed against you. People you think are your trustworthy loyal companions, saying they will never hurt you. Then they do. All because they see something in you they want, but cannot have. Do not think Jesus will always stop the deceit from happening, because He will not. He said himself, that they did it to him, they will do it to you. 2 points.
#1. Time is running out on you
#2. The Christian life requires some sacrifice. If u are never persecuted for Christ, then something's wrong.

Faith first.

Earning our way to heaven. I promised a new twist to the story in John chapter 6. One thing I must confess....regardless of how I try to be sinless, I do anyway. It's very difficult
I actually get disappointed with myself,because I know others are watching. The world likes to accuse christians of judging them. Truth is it's the world watching us and judging our imperfection. So this is where the entire idea of earning our salvation comes from.Lets nip this in the bud right now. Let's recap. Jesus was on the mountain feeding 5,000 people, performing miracles as well. He was being watched. His disciples got in boats and   our hearts.
 So Let's look at John chapter 6 beginning with verse 22. The day following when people which stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was none other boat there save the one we're into his disciples were entered, and that Jesus went not with his disciples into the boat but that his disciples were gone away alone.  So they ask Jesus calling him rabbi when Camus's thou hither? So Jesus answered by  Telling them why they actually truthfully were questioning him. He said you want to know because you saw the miracles And you ate the food and we're filled.So then Jesus said Labour not for the meat which perishes but for that meat which endures unto everlasting life.Which the Son of man shall give unto you: for Him hath God  the Father sealed. Being sealed in this case means God the Father has endorsed Jesus as One who spoke the truth. God saw thru to mans  hypocrisy.  So they ask him what they must do to do the works of God.
What we see here is mans futile attempts to assist in His own salvation. Man has always and still does do this today. By doing this man can brag about how he helped bring about the salvation of his soul. This will of course never happen.  Back to the point.
 Man is never satisfied with what God does. Man wants even more proof, or should I say more signs. Jesus response was and is.... that Christ came as the work of the Father. So that we may believe on the name of whom God sent. That person is Jesus Christ. The order by which God the Father has established is, faith comes first.  You must believe first. The Holy Bible is the word of God to us. Jesus is the Son of God. Religion alone does not save.  And Christ is the only path to the heavenly Father. Now find a Bible believing church and attend it Sunday and as often as you can. Amen.

Just a thought to share.

This is an extremely short blog. I believe it is a teacher's responsibility to teach the meaning of a message, a message given him by the Holy Ghost.
I do not believe men are to think about what they wish to speak about, find some scripture and make that scripture fit their narrative.  Keep the word of God......THE WORD OF GOD.
Keep it in context. Many may debate this belief, but....I say it in love. We have to agree with the context in which the Holy Ghost has given God's words to us. Amen.

Are you not hungry?

The book of John,chapter 6  verses 25
And beyond. Listen up...Beginning with verse 24 we notice people were watching Jesus very carefully. People were wondering where He was. They knew He had gone up to the Mountain to pray. They knew ,He was not with the disciples in the boat across the lake. We are talking about Jesus crossing the sea to end up at Capernaum, and how the multitudes got there. The multitudes went looking for Him. They found Him. The people could not understand how Jesus got to Jerusalem. When they arrived at Capernaum they could not resist asking Christ when he had arrived. Jesus knew the people did not ask because of who Jesus was, but because of what he did.He fed people FOOD. Okay,so Christ begins to teach them about how FOOD should never be mans first interest. Christ teaches us all in this 6th chapter that the most important thing to know is, that we consist of  2 other things. The body,spirit and soul as well. We should  labor for food that endures to everlasting life. Oh my.The flesh is not all there is to life. We should feed our souls day by day, with the Word if God. " Man shall not live by bread alone" but by EVERY WORD that proceeds out of the mouth of God."
We should work tirelessly to acquire a better knowledge of the Word of God. Do you do this? Time has now slipped into Sunday. Church day.
Are you planning to go to church to day?    Be brave! Stop saying your miserable with your life. Give your heart, body and soul to Jesus. Change your mind, give that old life a rest.
REPENT. I will keep this short. Better yet, Give everything  to Jesus. There is no peace like Gods peace. No love like Gods love.There is more to this story. I will continue at another time. Next I want to tell enquiring, curious people
